What You’ll Be Doing:·

• To seek out Client Development and Agency opportunities in a relevant, creative, intelligent and distinctive style, that adds value to new clients, our business, our colleagues and the wider community
• Identifying potential opportunities and arranging appointments/meetings to go and visit customers and engage in direct face-to-face discussions in understanding their needs and promoting the solutions which FIX8Group can offer - this is a direct sales role.
• Bring insights from client relationships and your own experience to support and help inspire colleagues at FIX8Group to create pitch winning work
• Create and deliver inspiring credential presentations using FIX8Group approved assets that build interest and intrigue to open up new opportunities and briefs
• Support and, on-occasion, lead on developing industry leading proposals that win work, whether a concept of their own, or a collaborative response in partnership with colleagues in strategy, creative, planning and production.
• Work on the development of small, medium and large RFI responses where required supported by the Partnerships Director
• Expand relationships through new client networks
• Build insight within FIX8Group, broadening our knowledge of industries/sectors and supporting us in diversifying the client base.
• Learn from peers, representing FIX8Group values, behaviours and tone of voice in all you do.
• Working collaboratively with the rest of the team in searching for those exciting and creative business opportunities.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Ideally experience within the events or hospitality sectors
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
